Get In Shape with Danielle by Yoga House

The high energy flow of our Get in Shape class is designed to provide a cardiovascular workout while building strength, flexibility and focus. Taught in a flow style, linking one breath to one movement, this class is fast paced and challenging, yet accessible to all individuals. Modifications and variations will be provided to allow all students from beginners to advanced to work at their own level.
