This summer we’re bringing the outdoors, indoors - with our fun and energetic 45-minute indoor cycling ride. This is no ordinary spin class : Our bikes TILT ! So while we use different moves to simulate an outdoor bike, not only do we target the legs and glutes but also the core. Kayleigh’s popular playlists will make you forget how hard you’re working as you hit the peak of your performance levels. She will get you singing and dancing along to the workout while burning 350 to 650 Kcals. Ladies, if you want a session that will push you physically, this is the party for you !
